The true Filipina Beauty definitely lies within Visayas region. It has been proven once again that Visayan Beauties are paramount in the annual beauty pageant for a cause, Ms. Philippines-Earth. After the Cebu's pride Ms. Karla Paula Henry who won the Ms. Philippines-Earth 2008 and became the Ms. Earth 2008 here comes another one from the Visayas, Ms. Sandra Seifert, a 25 year-old, Registered Nurse from Negros Occidental grabbed the crown for Ms. Philippines- Earth 2009 during the Grand Coronation Night at The Arena in San Juan City.Ms. Philippines- Earth 2009: Ms. Negros Occidental
